Just wondering if anyone has tried any of the herbal formulas for this, and if so what you thought. Did you have good results, negative results, non-results? Have you felt better since then? Did any weird symptoms you were having go away after the fact? (i.e. Did it clear up your skin or cause you to lose some weight?) Any info on this would be helpful!

I don’t really know that I have bought into anything. I haven’t bought into “medical science” knowing everything, or always having our best interest in mind. I am just trying to find people who have used it and figure out what they thought of it.

I don’t really know about colon cleanses but the kind of thing I am looking to do is the thing that involves herbal supplements I think and definitely fasting and then you spend a day or two poopin out all this terrible junk and you look thinner and can lose like 10 or so lbs doin it.

A good friend of mine recommended I try one of the free colon cleanse trials from online; that way I wouldn’t have to pay much before I saw if it worked.

I’d prefer that whatever treatment I end up with is natural - I don’t really like the idea of using so many drugs for everything.

I am just wondering what is a great way to cleanse your inner body? Colon cleanse, does it really help? I am wondering just so I can keep my body healthy. How often should you “cleanse” yourself. Safest methods? Is there are good herbal supplement that I could take? Experience and stories would be appreciated, especially if you noticed a difference.

Can anyone give advise on parasites that people can get? Have you ever used one of those colon cleanses that are either advertised on t.v. or sold in health and vitamin stores? Would you advise being tested for parasites by a doctor and then using a medication or are the herbal remedies just as effective? I have had a lot of strange but subtle health issues lately and the doctor can find nothing wrong with me. I am just wondering if there is anything to this colon cleansing stuff and if it is worth doing.

Does anyone know any herbal remedies to cleaning your colon. I want to start working out and really want to nice abs. I also want my colon cleaned so I wont build up toxins. I really would prefer like supplemental drinks.

I have been thinking about doing a cleanse for awhile, but am now seriously considering it because I wanted to start a diet (I am going to be in the wedding of a very close friend soon) and was told the best thing to do before starting a diet is do a cleanse. I was told it will kickstart the diet and get rid of any junk that shouldnt be there and you cant get rid of from dieting. I went to GNC and was directed to their 7-day total body cleanse (the woman said her daughter did it and lost some weight and noticed a difference, also many people she said come back for it several times, and she was planning to buy it for herself. Someone else told me to try Colonix. I am a little weary of that one for some reason. Would you try the 7 day cleanse from GNC (its supposed to be for kidneys, liver, circulatory and colon.) or does this really not have any benefit? does it interfere with any other meds…such as birth control??? just thinking because its got some herbal stuff in it….?

I purchased both the Acai Berry product and a Colon Cleanse product through Oprah’s website. I started it on January 5th, it is now March 23rd and I have yet to have any weight loss or experienced the colon cleanse, maybe I am doing it wrong, if anyone can give some hints, I would appreciate it.
